J.J. Abrams and Michael Giacchino have been joined at the hip – so to speak – for at least the past ten years. The former video game score composer was tapped by Abrams to provide music for some of his biggest projects, including Alias, Lost, Star Trek, Super 8, and Fringe. He won the Oscar in 2010 for his score for the Pixar movie “Up.” Last month, Abrams and Giacchino sat down and discussed their careers at the Hammer Museum. Here is the video, but be warned: it’s 90 minutes long. Enjoy!
